HOW TO ORDER

• Choose a product(s) from our e-store that you want to buy.

• Then click the "Buy" button. You will be transferred to the “Buy Section” which we will ask you to send us an e-mail to cyhypernet@cytanet.com.cy with the following information's (personal information are private and secure) :

  • Name/Surname
  • E-mail address
  • Full Home or Business Address (for delivering the product)
  • Telephone and Mobile number
  • Product Details (please be as more accurate as you can)
  • Payment Options (Bank Transfer or Pay On Delivery (orders less than £300))

  This will allow us to receive your order and wait for you (the customer) to make the money transfer in order to proceed with your order. Payments options below.

  Customer payment options :

  • Bank Transfer (via electronic banking or by visiting a bank branch) to Alpha Bank account no. 106-04370-2001-6
  • Pay on Delivery (in order to use this option of payment the total amount of purchase should be less than £300). If you choose this option your full details (name/surname, address, etc.) will be confirmed by telephone.

   

• When the money transfer is approved by the bank, we will proceed immediately with your order (the product will arrive approximately 5-10 working days from the day the customer transfer the money to cyHyperNet account).
